Olle Nygren

'Your Instructor'

If you want to just have a ride around, or you want to really slide the bike properly, Olle will teach you how to do it.

"Over the years Olle Nygren has taught lots of people to ride Speedway bikes, many coming back time and time again.  You can go at your own pace and Olle will help you go just as far as you want to take it safely.  Without doubt the most experienced speedway rider the world has ever seen, he teaches with sensitivity and humour - the hallmarks of Olle's personality. "

Olle (First of the Super Swedes) has competed in more than 25,000 Speedway races over the years. He started racing in 1949 and was third in the 1953 and 1954 world championships.  This is not to mention seven years at ice racing and eight championships titles in road racing.  In 1979 he hung up his boots and started what was probably the first Speedway school.Olle+2011300.jpg (18411 bytes)

Kings Lyn Stadium was his chosen venue. Complete beginners and the more experienced have taken advantage of Olle's  gift for teaching.
